I've just recovered returned from Emerald City Comic Con 2013 (woot!) with Lois Lane commissions in my greasy little hands & it occurred to me that I haven't shown off any additions to the Lois Lane Collection (tm) since 2011. So, photodump, my people, because the past 2+ years have been awesome.

As you all know, earlier in the summer, last year Clark and Bruce went on a trip to Tokyo. As promised, here is their trip in pictures. And I, um, didn't get around to posting it until now. *cough* Anyway, here it is.

So apparently, the RN Exam (which is kind of like the Board Exams for Law School or Med Exams of Doctors) is in the first week of February 2011. One of my oldest friends is getting married in Florida in mid-February. So I may just take the exam & vacation in Florida until the wedding depending on how much in debt I still am ( Read more... )

Last time I went to a convention, I made it my mission to collect as much Lois Lane original art as my credit card could handle. I continued my quest in SDCC with several artists specifically in mind. I didn't get to all of them but I guess that's what next year's for.

GUYS, GUYS, GUYS! All ye Americans probably know this but Half-Price Books ZOMG. Do you know how much paperbacks cost in Canada? $11+sales tax on average. CAD is almost equal to USD. Just THINK about that, ye Americans, and you'll understand why I don't understand how people can buy, like, 100 books a year and then trade half.

$1-3 PER BOOK. HOLY
